THE PROCESS

FROM THE YARD TO YOUR KITCHEN.

Here's exactly how it works — no surprises, no runaround. We don't do corporate process charts. We do straight talk and stone you can see, touch, and trust. Here's what working with RBG actually looks like, start to finish.

STEP 1: COME SEE IT IN PERSON

Stop scrolling. Start touching.

Photos don't do stone justice — never have, never will. The veining, the movement, the way light hits a slab — you have to see it in person to really know. That's why we built a showroom worth coming to.

What to expect:

• A no-pressure environment — browse at your own pace

• Real people who know their stone, not salespeople on commission

• Full slabs, not samples — so you see exactly what you're getting

STEP 2: PICK YOUR STONE
This is the fun part.

Our team helps you narrow it down based on your space, your style, and how you actually live. Busy kitchen with kids? We'll steer you right. Dream marble bathroom? We'll make sure you know what you're signing up for. No surprises later.

What to expect:

• Honest recommendations — even if it's not the most expensive option

• Help matching stone to your cabinets, floors, and lighting

• Confidence that what you're choosing will actually work

STEP 3: LOCK IT IN
We hold it. You get your bids.

Found your slab? We'll hold it for up to 7 business days while you get quotes from your fabricator. After that, a payment for the stone is required to keep it reserved through installation.

• Time to gather quotes without pressure

• Clear next steps so nothing falls through the cracks

STEP 4: YOUR FABRICATOR TAKES OVER

We hand off the stone. They make it happen.

RBG is a supplier, not a fabricator — and we're upfront about that. Once your slab is selected, your fabricator handles templating, cutting, edging, and installation. Need a referral? We've got a solid list of trusted local shops in the Treasure Valley.

What to expect:

• A smooth handoff between our team and your fabricator

• Careful slab handling from our yard to their shop

• A fabricator who knows what they're working with

STEP 5: DELIVERY & INSTALL
Almost there.

Your stone is delivered with the same care it was selected with. Your fabricator will call 30–60 minutes before arrival on install day. Clear a path, protect your floors, and be available for questions. That's really all you need to do.

What to expect:

• Safe, organized delivery

• Professional installation from your fabricator

• A clean workspace when they leave

STEP 6: GO LIVE
This is what it was all for.

Installation's done. The countertops are in. Step back and take a look. This is the part where people take a lot of photos. We don't blame them.

What to expect:

• A finished space that looks exactly like you imagined

• Stone that performs for decades, not just years

• A team you can call when it's time for the next project
